RESERVATIONS POLICIES
A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. The Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; due on or before September 1st for the Festive (Christmas) period. For cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival, deposits are applied to future reservations for up to 12 months from date of original arrival. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are forfeited in full. Deposit for Festive Season is non-refundable with no rollover option. No cash refunds are issued. Guests and travel professionals are responsible for all terms and conditions as outlined on our website, www.sheriva.com, or other Sheriva literature.
•A $2,000 refundable security deposit also applies to all villa rentals. This is to be held by the originating tour operator/travel agent for all villa rentals. Reports of any damages will be submitted within 5 days of departure.

Late Check-out after 1 PM may be available upon request. Hourly surcharge applies.

A signed SHERIVA Credit Card Authorization Form must be submitted by fax to 264-498-9595 prior to guest arrival and the identical card must be presented at check-in.
