INFINITY/HARMONY
These regal identical villas, Infinity and Harmony, each boast 14, 000 luxurious square feet. Both offer 5 exquisite oversized suites plus 1 guest room with two twin beds, and an optional petite 1-bedroom guest suite, a total of 8.5 baths, and 2 pools with hot tubs. Fine finishes of marble, granite and exotic hardwoods with sea grass and banana leaf accents flourish throughout the oversized suites. The master suites showcase a large air-conditioned walk-in dressing room, infinity-edged bathtubs, and a bathroom lounge area with daybed. The furnishings and interior design successfully blend distinctive Caribbean charm with contemporary sophistication. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, screened doors and most have plasma TV’s and DVD players. Enjoy modern comforts such as convenient office niche with private fax line, outdoor shower, a compact gym, iPod dock, sprawling media-entertainment room with a 60” plasma TV, wet bar, poker table, card and board games and magnificent Bose stereo sound- both indoors and poolside. MYSTIQUE
Reputed to be the island’s largest villa at 21,000 square feet, Villa Mystique sits above the Cove Lagoon and is home to 4 Grand Villa Suites, 1 Loft Suite with a private sun terrace, 9 bathrooms, 3 pools, and a large state-of-the-art gym. Each lavish master suite has an air-conditioned walk-in dressing room, double European-style jet showers, infinity-edge bathtub encased in marble, double sinks with granite countertop, and bathroom lounge area with daybed for reading or simply lounging. With most amenities as Infinity and Harmony, Mystique still exudes a unique opulence. The two ground floor grand villa suites come with their very own pool for added privacy. Additionally, there is an adjacent Junior Garden Suite, accessed by a separate entrance with kitchenette, which is perfectly suited for a guest’s personal staff or additional guests. With two unique “bridges” leading into the main floor living areas and expansive travertine pool decks, Mystique defines the art of luxury escapism by offering unparalleled privacy and seductive elegance.

Suite guests enjoy arrival cocktails, welcome pantry stock, complimentary breakfast daily, concierge service, morning housekeeper, laundress, signing privileges at Cap Juluca's 3 signature restaurants and boutiques, complimentary shuttle service to/from Maundays Bay beach (Cap Juluca), complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas at Maundays Bay beach.
VILLA GUESTS
All villa guests enjoy a full range of complimentary services including Pre-Arrival concierge service, welcome rum/fruit punch and canapés, villa chef, concierge privé, butler services, arrival day pantry stock, complimentary breakfast daily, daytime housekeepers, laundress, evening security staff, one private golf cart for “beach-hopping”, complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas at Maundays Bay beach, signing privileges at Cap Juluca’s 3 restaurants and 2 boutiques, and use of all villa facilities including office niche with private fax line, WiFi, gym and/or media-entertainment room.
RATES: Rates do not include 10% government tax, 10% service charge, $1 pp/pd tourism marketing levy, ground transfers, prix fixe Lunch and Dinner charges, additional purchased food and beverages with 15% provisioning fee, cocktails or alcohol, $10 per plate surcharge for seafood and/or steak at breakfast, $50 telecomm charge, additional staff gratuity, or extra services or incidentals such as spa treatments, boat charters, water sports, etc. All extras are billed at cost to the guest on departure with a 7% service fee.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
For weddings or group events, there is an additional event fee which includes: use of our new Events Pavilion, event diningware, event service staff, and development-liaison services. The event fee starts at $3500 and is billed on guest departure. Other related event costs will be billed to guests (i.e. equipment rentals, live entertainment, interior décor services) unless part of a promotional package.
